Language Education Center Pte. Ltd. is an entity within the Italian Association Group of Companies. It is fully owned by Singapore Italian Association Limited, a non-profit and non-governmental association operating in Singapore.
Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 students.
Confirmation of registration is subject to full payment of fees either at the center or through our online platform.
Course fees can be paid in cash or via online payment. We also accept payment by cheque.

- COURSE MATERIALS
Textbooks can be purchased online or before your first lesson. Please note that textbooks are non-refundable.
Online book purchases will be collected during your first lesson; they are not shipped to your address.
- ADMISSION TO CLASSES – PAYMENT
Only registered students are allowed to attend classes. Registration is considered complete once full fees are settled.

- MISSED CLASSES AND MAKE-UP SESSIONS
Classes will not be held on public holidays.
Students who miss a class can make up for it by attending a similar class on a different day/time (subject to seat availability) or by opting for a private class at a cost of 65 SGD per hour.
- CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Classes require a minimum of 4 registered students and a maximum of 8.
In cases where fewer than 4 students are enrolled, options to join equivalent groups will be provided. Cancellation is considered only as a last resort. If a cancellation occurs, students can choose between a refund or deferring to the next session. Please note that GST and transaction fees are non-refundable in any scenario.
Discounted course fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable if Language Education Center Pte. Ltd. cancels the course.
- VALIDITY OF TEACHING HOURS
Upon confirmation of your order, the purchased teaching hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours after this period will be forfeited and not refunded or credited. The responsibility to track the expiration date of teaching hours lies with the student.
- EDUCATIONAL OFFERING
Our institution offers a diverse range of language courses, encompassing 10 languages: Italian, Spanish, English, Chinese, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Persian. Our classes are available in both group settings (4-8 students per group) and private sessions. Our curriculum spans from beginner (A1) to advanced levels (C1-C2), aligned with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Each language level is divided into 3 modules, comprising 12 lessons each, totaling 24 hours. This structured approach enables our students to efficiently progress in their language learning journey. Our classes follow a communicative language teaching approach, prioritizing interaction in the target language.
- ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% (e.g. 9 lessons out of 12) to qualify for a Certificate of Attendance issued by Language Education Center Pte. Ltd.
- LANGUAGE CERTIFICATION
Upon reaching a minimum of A1 level, students can assess their language proficiency through international certifications like the CELI and CILS for Italian and DELE and SIELE for Spanish.
- MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Language Education Center Pte. Ltd. retains the right to modify, add, or remove any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
- REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND DATA PRIVACY
When enrolling for a course, whether online or in person, we collect personal data that is securely stored in our system.
